Graduation Requirements

GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETING THE GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS FOR  STUDENTS

Upon the completion of all theoretical and practical courses, including the compulsory student practical training, as well as after passing all examinations in the entire course of studies, students are required to submit the following items to the Dean’s office:

  1. Documents:
    1. The Student’s Book and the completed third-year examination card with all necessary stamps and signatures.
    2. Completed Practical Training Workbook.
    3. The Clearance Card with all necessary stamps and signatures – due by May 30, 2016.
    4. Eight diploma photos, in Polish ZDJĘCIA DYPLOMOWE, size 45 mm x 65 mm, by May 31, 2016.
    5. The questionnaire for preparation of diploma supplement – due by May 31, 2016.
  2. The Bachelor Thesis Presentations should be:
  1. Recorded onto CD in the PowerPoint programme, and packed in the labelled envelope for CDs (student’s first name and surname, student no., thesis title).
  2. Printed out, and provided with the Supervisor signature and date in the first page.
  3. Put into a folder and submitted, together with the CD, to the Dean’s Office  – due by May 31, 2016.

The dates of diploma exams for:

  • 3rd year BSc Physiotherapy students in the academic year 2015/2016 – June 22, 2016
  • 2nd year MA International Tourism in the academic year 2015/2016 –

 

The Dean’s Office has 20 working days for preparation of the Diploma from the date of the diploma exam.

Please be reminded that a student must have all the University fees paid prior to receiving the diploma.
